  I arrived here approximately one hour ago. Since then I have been amazed at how friendly everyone has been. The front desk woman is absolutely the nicest person I’ve ever met and made a point to congratulate my husband and I on our anniversary celebration. Before you know it, we have wine and a personalized card brought up to our room to celebrate. So far this has been the epitome of how to WOW your guests and keep them coming back to your location. Awesome!
