  Bought 2 mirrors here...large ones. I asked if they had an old blanket they were going to throw away to wrap them in. I was told no. Then one of the ladies said we just put a bunch in the dumpster. So my husband and I had quite a time getting into it to reach a blanket. After all that and people were watching in the parking lot (embarrassing) the manager comes out and says you need to put that back or it's theft! I said first of all your employee told me to do it! She said she is new and didn't know the policy! I made her call her boss and he said no can do! What??? They wrap glasses if you buy them why should that be any different, and we did the work! It was embarrassing and horrible customer service! Regardless if the policy, because she knew we weren't trying to thieve the goodwill garbage she should have given us the blanket that we could have literally took back to her dumpster as if that mattered. Goodwill is a business not a helping organization, and the prices are way high for a thrift store. Beware!
